Every fixed-price package includes a set number of labour hours. Here’s how travel, weekends and extra time work. All prices include GST.
Travel, per visit
Measured from our South Nowra base.
- Up to 10 km (Nowra, Bomaderry, Worrigee): $10
- 10–30 km (Berry, Huskisson, Vincentia, Basin View, Culburra): $25
- 30–50 km (Kangaroo Valley, Gerringong, Sussex Inlet): $40
- 50–70 km (Milton, Ulladulla, Mollymook): $55
- Beyond 70 km: quoted
- Sydney: quoted for your suburb
- No travel fee on NDIS or funded work
Weekends and public holidays
- Saturday: +25%
- Sunday: +50%
- Public holidays: +100%
Loadings apply to the cleaning price only, not to linen, products or travel.
Extra time and minimums
- Hourly clean: $100 per hour for 1 cleaner, $200 per hour for a team of 2
- Time is charged on total labour hours, so 2 cleaners for 1 hour is 2 labour hours
- Extra time on any package: $25 per 15 minutes per cleaner, with photos or notes to show why
- Minimum visit: $150, before linen and travel
- Hourly bookings: 2-hour minimum
What’s included in each package
Fixed-price packages cover everything below within the labour hours shown. Add-ons are priced separately above.
Full home clean
- Dusting and careful wiping of primary surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Bathrooms disinfected: sinks, toilets, showers and tubs
- A full kitchen clean, including small appliances
- Bins emptied and a general tidy
Not included (add-ons): oven deep clean and carpet cleaning.
End of lease clean
- Every room dusted, vacuumed and mopped
- Kitchen deep clean, including light appliances, stovetop and fridge
- Bathrooms scrubbed and sanitised, with basic mould removal
- Interior windows, sills and blinds
- Skirting boards wiped and a light wall wipe
Not included (add-ons): oven deep clean, carpet cleaning and heavier wall washing. We can’t guarantee the bond is returned.
Airbnb and holiday rental turnover
- Cleaning, bed-making and linen refresh
- Restocking essentials
- Presenting the property guest-ready
Linen is extra, charged per bed. It’s hotel-quality white linen and towels, professionally laundered and pressed, with triple sheeting.

Pricing questions
Do your prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on our website includes GST.
What if my clean takes longer than the hours included?
Each package includes a set number of labour hours. If we need more time, it’s $25 per 15 minutes per cleaner, and we’ll show you why with photos or notes.
Do you charge more on weekends?
Yes. Saturday is +25%, Sunday +50% and public holidays +100%, on the cleaning price only.
Is there a travel fee?
Yes. It’s a small per-visit fee based on distance from our South Nowra base: $10 to $55 across the Shoalhaven. Sydney travel is quoted for your suburb.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. Visits are a minimum of $150, and hourly bookings are a minimum of 2 hours.
Do you supply linen for Airbnbs?
Yes. We supply hotel-quality linen and towels, charged per bed, so you only pay for what’s used.
I’m an NDIS participant or have DVA, iCare or insurer funding. What do I pay?
Your rates follow your plan, price guide or approval, and we bill your plan manager, case manager or insurer directly. Get in touch and we’ll take care of it.
Do you guarantee my bond back?
We clean to an inspection-ready standard, but bond decisions are up to your property manager, so we can’t guarantee them.
