Who we are
Housekept is a local, family-run cleaning company. We look after homes, Airbnbs and holiday rentals, end of lease properties, workplaces and NDIS and DVA participants across the Shoalhaven, Illawarra and Sydney.
We’re not a huge franchise. We’re a trained, vetted, friendly team with clear systems behind every clean, so you always know what’s expected of you and who to call when you need a hand.
What the work involves
Our cleaners work across a mix of properties, so no two days look exactly the same. Every clean follows a clear checklist, so nothing gets missed and the standard stays consistent.
Home cleaning
Regular and one-off cleans: dusting and wiping surfaces, vacuuming and mopping, bathrooms, kitchens and a final tidy.
Airbnb and holiday rental turnovers
Cleaning, bed-making and linen refresh, restocking essentials and presenting the property guest-ready between check-out and check-in.
End of lease cleaning
Detailed cleans that get a property ready for the final inspection.
Commercial cleaning
Offices and workplaces cleaned on a schedule that suits the business.
NDIS and DVA support
Domestic assistance for NDIS and DVA participants, with care, consistency and respect.
Who we’re looking for
Cleaning experience is a plus, and we train every new team member before they work unsupervised. What matters most is how you work.
You are
- Reliable and on time, every time
- Detail-focused and proud of your work
- Friendly, professional and respectful in other people’s homes and workplaces
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to do cleaning work, including time on your feet, bending and lifting
